More teens choosing to wait on driver’s licenses

This is encouraging news… great article on a growing trend. Part of the cause is increased requirements and costs for getting licensed – but I’m struck by how little it matters to some teenagers today.  True confessions:  I got my driver’s license on my 16th birthday!  -Julia Field
